The Exprecell PRP Device by Croma Pharma is a sterile, single-use medical device developed for the preparation of autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) within clinical environments.

Designed to support efficient and consistent PRP workflows, Exprecell enables the aspiration and containment of whole blood prior to centrifugation, followed by controlled extraction of platelet-rich plasma. Its closed-system design helps maintain aseptic conditions and reduce handling throughout the preparation process.

The device features a syringe barrel, plunger rod with integrated PRP withdrawal and transfer channel, plunger stopper, closure stopper, and thumb press with occluding stick. This configuration allows for precise PRP aspiration up to the maximum fill mark, supporting accuracy and reproducibility in treatment preparation.

Exprecell is non-invasive, contains no medicinal substances, and is intended for transient use of less than 60 minutes. It is sterilised using ethylene oxide and supplied in a sealed blister to maintain sterility until use.
