The PCA Skin Hydrating Toner removes dirt and debris, while giving the skin an extra boost of hydration and helps keeps the skin feeling refreshed and balanced. The Toner can also be used as a spray throughout the day to set makeup and replenish hydration.
Watermelon, apple, and lentil fruit extracts in the product help protect the skin from free radical damage and improves moisture retention, whereas the jania rubens extracts, hydrate the skin and provide powerful antioxidant protection. The Hydrating Toner also contains evening primrose oil which moisturizes the skin and soothes irritation without clogging pores.

After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply over the face and neck. Follow with the appropriate PCA Skin treatment serums and broad-spectrum SPF product in the daytime and moisturizer in the evening.
