Pigmanorm Cream 1 x 30g is Unlicensed in the U.K.

Pigmanorm is indicated to treat an increased hyperpigmentation of the skin.

1g Pigmanorm contains 50mg hydroquinone, 0.3mg tretinoin and 0.3mg dexamethasone

Important Prescriber Information:
-Tretinoin cream is an unlicensed medicine in the UK.
-It may only be prescribed for an individual patient’s genuine special clinical need where no suitable UK-licensed medicine is available.
-It must be prescribed for a medical purpose only and not solely for cosmetic or aesthetic use.
-Tretinoin is a vitamin A derivative. Prescribers must consider current BNF and Martindale safety guidance.
-It is contraindicated during pregnancy and when planning pregnancy because a risk of birth defects cannot be excluded.
-Counsel patients about skin irritation, possible photosensitivity and appropriate sun protection.
