The Silhouette Soft 12 Cone Short suture is a recent addition to the Sinclair portfolio and has the maximum cone density within the Silhouette Soft product range. The 12 Cone Short suture offers a reduced inter-knot spacing of 0.5 cm, making this particularly useful for the midface, lower face, eyebrows and neck.
Silhouette Soft 12 Cone Short has 50% more cones and is 30% longer than the 8 Cone Short and 25% shorter than the current 12 Cone Device. The suspending force on each cone is reduced as there are more cones per centimetre, preventing the appearance of palpable localised tissue compression. Additionally, the higher cone density improves fit and precision for practitioners when treating patients.
