Neostrata Restore Bionic Lotion is lightweight containing a high strength 15% Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) blend which acts as a humectant, attracting and binding moisture to the skin. The lotion is formulated to gently exfoliate, smooth rough and dry skin, while providing restorative antioxidants to help protect against environmental factors.
